Half Day Masterclass

Are you Stuck? Frustrated? Confused?

We will explore unpacking fear. What our own experiences can offer. When we embrace change. During the I C.A.N. Masterclass we will explore, discover and learn where we will unpack the core foundations of truly effective tools in a fun, collaborative collective to establish skills to increase healthy relationships with self and others, promote effective decision-making and exhibit responsible behaviour.

Learning STRENGTH | Seeking COURAGE | Healthy TRANSFORMATION

This four-step masterclass introduction has been designed to assist with ‘difficult’ and ‘uncomfortable’ conversations in seeking solutions to increase growth for Indigenous People, that while we cannot undo the past, we can take that step to begin to understand it, learn from it and together responsibly we can change our future. This workshop offers the following:

Induction To Culture - 1.5 Hours
You will learn how you can better serve in your workplace cultural awareness the sensitivity behind the language, the country, the respect and acknowledgement

Introduction to Social Unity - 1.5 Hours
You will explore discovery mapping to journey the start of working in and with Indigenous People to map out and unpack the complexities in working in and with Indigenous people

Creating Pathways and Advice - 1.5 Hours
You will leave with not only a depth of understanding to strengthen yourself and your team with positive steps to attract and retain Indigenous People but embrace truth-telling for and by taking action in paving the way

Increase Cultural Productivity - 1.5 Hours
You will learn the cultural way of cultural practices in why you are awakening the strength to seek courage for a healthier outcome
In this 1 Day Masterclass, it will be about building and strengthening on the existing foundation to value-add responsible leadership for cultural inclusion and to begin the elimination of racism, violence and lack of understanding.

Leadership Consultancy Program

Leadership consultancy retainer package – Includes a minimum of 1 Session of 1.5 Hours per Week.

We will work with management teams to support Indigenous people ie., program designs, weekly yarns to identify problem and seek solutions, seek cultural inclusion solution unique to the business

*Leadership packages Retainers run on a min of 3 Months.
